You are entitled to a full refund when: we fail to deliver your report within 2× the stated turnaround time due to circumstances on our end; we discontinue the purchased service before delivery; you submitted the wrong URL and contact us within 60 minutes of payment before the scan has begun; a confirmed technical error on our side prevented a meaningful scan; or you were charged more than once for the same order.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
If your report is inaccurate or falls materially short of our service description, please contact us before initiating a dispute. We will review your concern within 2 business days, correct any factual errors at no charge, and where appropriate issue a partial or full refund.
⚠️ Contact us first. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us results in immediate suspension of any ongoing or future services. We genuinely want to resolve concerns directly — chargebacks make that impossible.
Refunds will not be issued when: your report was delivered and you changed your mind; your app had no critical vulnerabilities (a clean report is a valuable outcome); your URL was inaccessible at scan time due to your own infrastructure; you submitted an unauthorized URL; you provided false information; more than 30 days have passed since delivery; or the Security Checklist has been downloaded.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital services fully performed with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose this right once performance begins.
By submitting your intake form and completing payment, you expressly request we begin the service immediately and acknowledge that you waive the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. If the service has not yet begun, you retain this right within 14 days.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction.
